A department of the University of Maryland has selected GreenBytes Inc. to upgrade its virtual storage and provide the IOPS – Input/Output Operations Per Second – for their storage infrastructure.

GreenBytes, developer of inline deduplication data storage, will provide the storage solution to the AREC Department, which specializes in the economics of agricultural, environmental, and natural resources.
