EDC awards $2.7M in renewable energy grants
The R.I. Economic Development Corporation announced Thursday $2.7 million in new grants through its Renewable Energy Fund.
The grants, announced through a public RFP, will go to 16 projects related to the installation of renewable energy systems or to conduct feasibility studies to identify clean energy development of opportunities. They must be completed by March 1, the EDC said.
