Tim Hebert, CEO of Atrion Networking Corp., couldn’t find enough qualified employees to meet the needs of his growing business. So, he decided to train them himself. Hebert recruited 13 people for Atrion’s first apprenticeship program, which last six months. A new class starts in January.
