Carousel Industries, a data-networking and converged-communications company, added Richard Losey as senior vice president of services on Dec. 21.

Losey previously was vice president in charge of service delivery at SAIC, a scientific, engineering systems integration and technical services Fortune 500 company. He worked there for 16 years. He also worked for Roadway Logistics and Westinghouse Naval Systems.
