Textron forecasts full-year profit that tops estimates
Textron Inc. forecast higher 2012 profit than analysts estimated as demand for its Cessna aircraft recovers and Bell helicopter sales grow.
Earnings from continuing operations excluding one-time items will be $1.80 a share to $2, the Providence-based company said in a statement Wednesday.
