(NYSE: HAS) has reached a licensing agreement with Thorley Industries LLC for two new products to be launched this year and additional products to be developed over the next 12 months. Financial terms were not disclosed...
...Thorley, founded in 2005, focuses on leveraging low-cost electronics to develop new products for established industries. It is the creator of award-winning juvenile products under the 4moms brand – named for the four mothers of the company’s first focus group, who now lead its Council of Moms – that are sold at Amazon.com, BabyCenter.com, Target.com, Babies ’R Us and specialty stores nationwide.
