AVTECH Software last week announced plans to buy and renovate a 140-year-old former mill in Warren, which will become the software developer’s headquarters by March.

The Cutler Mill, built in 1868 for the Cutler Manufacturing Company and later given an addition, is a 48,960-square-foot brick building on 2.13 acres at the intersection of Child and Cutler streets.
