Peter Collins, founder and president of the bar code company A2B Tracking Solutions Inc., recently received the 2008 ID People Leadership Award from the ID WORLD International Congress.

Collins received the honor at the annual ID People Awards – described as “the Oscars of the Auto ID industry” by A2B – which were held last month in Milan, Italy.

“Peter Collins’ leadership role at A2B Tracking Solutions, a pioneering company in bar code technology, has propelled the company into the forefront of automatic data capture solutions and ID initiatives,” the award citation said.
