Today Waria Salhi, Chairman of Kirkuk Tftlecom Company, a subsidiary of Salhi Group International of Kirkuk, Iraq and Rounsevelle Schaum, Chairman of Newport Global Technologies, Inc. (www.ngtwireless.com ) of Newport, Rhode Island, announced the formation of Kirkuk International Telecom, Ltd. ("KIT") a joint venture to expand the telecommunications services available for Kirkuk Province and other Iraqi territories.
