Full Story: Applied Radar wins $2.2M Source: Providence Business News, September 16th, 2006 Added on June 27th, 2007 at 1:20 pm, by Judy HeApplied Radar Inc. of North Kingstown announced Friday (Sept. 8) that it has been awarded a $2.2 million contract with the Defense Advanced Research Project Agency (DARPA) to develop advanced radar technology.
“This novel technology is of great interest to the U.S. Air Force because an airborne platform, such as an aircraft or unmanned aerial vehicle, has limited space for sensors and antennas."
