Simulia has signed a software development partnership agreement with Dimensional Control Systems (DCS), a Michigan-based engineering software firm.

The agreement’s purpose is to allow for the interoperability between DCS’s 3DCS and Providence-based Simulia’s Abaqus finite element analysis software packages.

Simulia is a division of the French company Dassault Systèmes, which has an existing relationship with DCS.
