Cicilline were among those who turned out on Feb. 11 to welcome the software development firm InQuest Technologies Inc. when it celebrated its move from Southborough, Mass., to a new headquarters on West Exchange Street in Providence.
Michael R. Colapietro, InQuest’s co-founder and CEO, talked with Providence Business News recently about how state and local officials wooed his company – with personal meetings and incentives including a $750,000 relocation and expansion loan from the R.I. Economic Development Corporation’s Small Business Loan Fund (READ MORE) – and what the outlook is for his business.
