Exeter-based Carousel Industries Inc., a technology provider designing, implementing and maintaining converged communication networks for customers nationwide, has acquired Daycom Systems, a telecommunications company based in San Diego, Calif. The acquisition of Daycom makes a strong contribution to Carousel’s overall growth strategy and will employ more than 550 people, the company said. It is preparing to announce general strategies for the acquisition.
