AstroMed subsidiary installs units in Beijing

Grass Technologies, a subsidiary of West Warwick-based Astro-Med Inc., has announced the successful installation of 10 monitoring systems at the Beijing Xuanwu Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine, a teaching hospital affiliated with the Capital University of Medical Sciences in Beijing, China. The systems will be used for epilepsy monitoring. With the addition of the monitoring systems, the hospital aims to become the top epilepsy-monitoring facility in China. Grass is a global provider of neurophysiological monitoring instruments and software designed to detect, amplify, and display the electrical activity of the brain.
