GLAD WORKS, a full-service creative and technical agency announces its development of the first iPhone application that enables listeners to hear live whale songs through their iPhone or iPod Touch.

This application, created for the Whalesong Project, streams live whale song and ocean song with audio picked up by an underwater microphone off the coast of Hawaii. The Whalesong broadcast is live during the humpback migratory season (November through June); the remainder of the year, listeners will hear recordings of whale song.
