Governor Carcieri said Monday that the state’s economic development agency should be restructured this legislative session.

He offered no detailed timeline last Tuesday when he largely accepted the findings of a review panel that called for a wholesale rebuilding of the Economic Development Corporation, including the replacement of its director and board.
