Joseph Miech has been named to the newly created position of chief operating officer at (add)ventures. Miech will oversee operations and improve procedures and organizational planning. He will also help implement the firm’s global expansion, including overseeing the company’s office in Miami. Previously, he served as lieutenant colonel and chief administrative officer for the Rhode Island State Police.
