Cox Communications and Verizon Wireless took top honors in their sectors in the latest quarterly survey of customer satisfaction ratings, while AT&T saw its survey results continue to decline.

The survey results were included in the latest American Customer Satisfaction Index, a quarterly on consumer attitudes toward service companies produced by the University of Michigan in partnership with the American Society for Quality and CFI Group.
