Bar code company A2B Tracking Solutions Inc. has won a one-year contract worth up to $2.5 million from the U.S. Marine Corps.

The contract calls for the Portsmouth-based firm to provide the Marine Corps Systems Command’s Operational Forces Systems unit with transportable carts to mark all of the unit’s legacy equipment by the end of next year in order to comply with the U.S. Department of Defense’s Unique Identification (UID) property-labeling initiative.
