Andera Inc., the nearly decade-old provider of online banking and account opening software founded by Brown University student Charlie Kroll, has struck a deal with Digital Insight, a division of Intuit, to distribute its products to mid-size banks and credit unions.

The deal, which involved an undisclosed investment by Digital Insight in Andera, should increase Andera’s business, said a company spokeswoman.
