Atrion switches call system back to people

The IT services firm Atrion Networking Corp. recently announced that it has eliminated its automated call system and has hired three client service representatives (CSR) to handle customer service calls.

According to a statement from Atrion, the three representatives will serve as a “live-answer replacement” to the former call system. The company said the change will help it streamline its support and engineering processes and provide higher-quality customer service.
