BLI Messaging Inc., formerly Business Link International, has closed on a second round of funding from Catalyst Investors, a private equity firm in New York. Financial terms were not disclosed.

Providence-based BLI provides broadcast e-mail, voice, fax and text-messaging services to other companies. The company received a first round of funding six months ago.
