Hexagon Meteorology Inc. has signed a strategic-partnership agreement with Morris Group Inc., a supplier of Computer Numeric Control machine tools and other engineering services. Financial terms were not disclosed.

Under the terms of the agreement, six distribution divisions of Windsor, Conn.-based Morris Group will become authorized sellers of Hexagon products. The divisions include 10 regional offices that cover 24 states.
