Atrion Networking Corporation, a leading provider of Information Technology and managed services across the North East, today announced its CEO, Tim Hebert, has been reelected as Chairman of Board of 1nService, a global consortium of advanced technology integrators. This will be Tim’s second term as Chairman.

In continuing his duties as Chairman, Tim will provide leadership to the organization, including leading the 1nService Board of Directors in the development and determination of 1nService strategies and objectives. As Chairman and guardian of the Board’s decision making process, Tim will promote the highest standards of integrity, probity and corporate governance throughout the organization. He will also continue to participate in and facilitate open dialogue between the 1nService Board, shareholders and members to assure the interests of the organization are effectively aligned and communicated.
