How to use stimulus money for broadband

Few question the potential of broadband to drive America’s economic recovery and global competitiveness. To stimulate construction of new broadband infrastructure in unserved areas, and to increase broadband adoption for households in communities where it already exists, Congress last year provided more than $7 billion for broadband projects as part of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act.
