Charlestown-based digital marketing company One to One Interactive Inc. has acquired IonMX, a Providence, R.I.-based e-mail marketing solutions and services company, officials said.

The IonMX brand, formerly a division of Bluestreak Inc., and its messaging platform will be incorporated into the portfolio of opt-in messaging products offered by One to One's OTOlabs division, company officials said.
