Full Story: Hasbro to expand into digital gaming via online arena Source: Providence Business News, February 13th, 2006 Added on August 10th, 2007 at 6:06 pm, by Judy HeThe Hasbro Properties Group, the intellectual property development arm of Pawtucket-based toymaker Hasbro Inc. announced Monday a global licensing agreement with RealNetworks Inc., a Seattle-based developer, publisher and Web-based distributor of games.
The agreement with RealNetworks follows Hasbro's expansion in the digital media category following the company's reacquisition of its... rights to brands such as Transformers, My Little Pony, Tonka, Magic: The Gathering, Connect Four, Candy Land and Playskool, as well as hundreds more of its worldwide toy and game brands
