With a growth strategy that one company official has described as being both “aggressive and organic,” Carousel Industries Inc. completed the acquisition of Canton, Mass.-based TriNET Systems Inc. on Friday, Aug. 6. Company officials declined to discuss the financial terms of the acquisition.
