Hi,
I'm trying to work on a fun little arduino project -- a streaming mp3 endpoint. I have an mp3 decoder chip on a breakout board from Sparkfun (http://www.sparkfun.com/commer...) but I'm having trouble getting it to talk to the Arduino using SPI/SDI. Any SPI experts willing to lend a quick hand at an as220 open labs sometime? The Arduino SPI library isn't any help (or I'm using incorrectly). I tried converting some ATmel code I found to talk to this particular chip, also without any luck.
Thanks!
Peter
Google has activated directions using public transporation for the whole state.

It works pretty well, although the routes drawn on the map can be a little suspect from time to time (ie, showing straight-line paths between points, rather than following roads). The times all seem correct, though, so it is very usable. With one fell swoop, Google has just made RIPTA even more awesome.
Next year for Earth Day, they should include bike paths and greenways in their directions...

As a (professional) resident, I don't like the idea of changing the name. If the "Knowledge District" is really doing its job, it doesn't need a name telling you so.

Hey Paulo,
Check out CakePHP. Haven't used it yet, but I've been planning on it. It'll be a decent intro modern web development.
I've had bad experiences with Fusebox, so I'd stay away from that. Feels over-engineered to me (sorry Fusebox fans!)
Another piece of advice: think about creating your own. Using something like CakePHP will get you going quickly, but it's much easier down the line to jump into new frameworks with some experience writing your own.
As for IDEs: I'm on a mac, and I love Textmate.
Hope that helps.
