We're renting some office space (approx 2200 sq ft) to run classes nights and weekends. During the day a couple of software developers are working there, otherwise it's empty and much too quiet for our taste.

We'd like to offer the space to local independent contractors and startups. We're located at 984 Charles Street in Providence, about 10 minutes drive from downtown and on the bus line. There's free off-street parking, wifi, a kitchen with a keurig machine, large open classroom area w/ projector, and a small conference room.
