About Me
I relocated to Providence in 2007. My professional work is building Web-based, database-backed systems in JavaScript, Java, and SQL.
I'm very interested in alternate languages for the JVM, especially JavaScript (Rhino), Jython (Python), JRuby (Ruby) and Scala. I'm also interested in web applications that can work in offline mode (i.e. Google Gears) and in approaches to managing and upgrading running systems.
